In 2025 the exhibition „ORIGINS-Life´s Epic Journey“ opened its doors to the public. I was asked by Paolo Loeffler of Kunstkraftwerk Leipzig to contribute an artwork. The piece "Sternenstaub/Stardust" was an audiovisual installation that had it´s own space within the exhibition. It is based on the phases of a supernova - a star explosion. Long camera takes of extremely decelerated particle simulations, combined with drawn-out ambient synthesizer pads, are intended to symbolize the unimaginable timescales of these cosmic processes.
After it´s initial run in Leipzig till October 2025 the exhibition expanded to Berlin and is running there till mid 2026. The exhibition was also covered by German television.
